第118号命令 1950年7月11日
越南民主共和国主席
根据1945年11月14日内阁会议决议，成立农业部；
根据1945年12月4日第69号命令，将林业机构并入农业部；
根据1950年5月14日第69号命令，将林政局更名为水林局；
根据1950年1月20日第7号命令，重新组织各部委办公室及直属机构，并规定了任命部、厅、处和院领导职务的规定；
农业部部长的提议已获内阁会议通过。
现发布命令如下：
第一条： 任命严春捷为水林局四级林业检查员，担任副局长职务。
第二条： 农业部部长负责执行本命令。
