越南民主共和国内务部政务处主席
根据本指令，于1946年5月3日组织部长直接服务人员；
根据1946年5月3日的指令组建内务部；
在与越南国家军队总指挥协商并根据内务部部长提议后，
发布如下指令：
条一
自1948年2月1日起，任命屈维进为内务部副部长。
条二
屈维进自1948年2月1日起享受副部长职务规定的每月津贴，并享有根据1947年9月17日指令确定的临时特别补贴。
条三
内务部部长和越南国家军队总指挥负责执行本指令。
