决定
制定关于免签证的外国人居留规定
______________________
国务院总理
根据2001年12月25日《政府组织法》；
根据二〇〇〇年四月二十八日《外国人入境出境居留条例》；
考虑公安部部长和外交部部长的建议，
决定：
本通知附带制定地质基础调查、矿产地质调查和矿产勘查钻探工程经济和技术定额。 现发布关于免签证的越南海外侨民居留规定。
条 2. 本决定自二〇〇七年九月一日起生效。
条 3. 各部部长、相当于部级的机构负责人、政府所属机构负责人以及各省、直辖市人民政府主席负责执行本决定。/。
