依照1946年5月3日发布的第57号指令关于部的组织事项，
依照1946年5月3日发布的第58号指令关于内务部的组织事项，
依照1948年2月15日发布的第137/SL号指令，在内务部设立一个名为“越南中央华侨事务局”的机构，
根据内务部部长的提议，
经政府委员会同意后，
发布如下指令：

现任命李班为越南中央华侨事务局局长。
条二
内务部部长依照本指令执行。
