商务部部长
根据1997年5月10日《商业法》；
根据政府于一九九三年十二月四日颁发的第95/CP号法令，规定商业部的职能、任务、权限和组织机构。
决定
条一． 本决定附带发布关于租赁外国机械设备的规定。
第二条 本决定自签发之日起十五日后生效。
第三条 - 租赁外国机械设备的组织和个人以及有关国家管理机关负责执行本规定。/
