越南民主共和国政府主席发布
越南民主共和国内阁总理
- 鉴于当前财政状况，
- 根据财政部部长的建议，
- 在国会常务委员会和政务会协商一致后，
现发布如下指令：
条一
越南货币单位为“越南”元。
条二
“越南”元为纯金重 0.375 克的金币。
条三
关于“越南”元与现行越南纸币的关系，将由后续指令规定。
条四
财政部部长负责执行本指令。
