越南民主共和国政府主席
根据1945年11月22日第63号勒令，组织乡、县和省的人民政权；
根据1946年7月19日第125号勒令，规定建立行政单位或修改这些单位边界的程序；
在内务部长根据北圻行政委员会的报告，并听取了北宁省人民议会和行政委员会的意见后提议；
经政府会议协商一致；
颁布勒令如下：
条一款。 云侃乡和显昂乡原属北宁省武刚县，现并入同省先都县。
条二款。 内务部长受委托执行本勒令。/
