越南民主共和国内阁总理
按照命令第34号，一九四六年三月二十五日组织国防部；
按照命令第82b号，一九四六年五月二十九日任命阮德成先生为交通工程局局长；
根据国防部部长的提议；
颁布命令
条一款。 废除一九四六年五月二十九日第82b号命令，任命阮德成先生为交通工程局局长。
条二款。 现任命李西麦（工程师，巴黎桥路学校）自一月一日接替阮德成先生担任……职务。
条三款。 国防部部长按照命令执行。/
