越南民主共和国内阁主席
根据1947年3月16日第29/BSL号指令设立外贸总局；
根据1947年6月1日第54/SL号指令改革外贸总局；
遵照经济部长的建议；
经政府委员会和国会常设委员会协商一致，
现发布如下指令：
条一
现修改1947年6月1日第54/SL号指令第二条如下；
"外贸总局由局长领导，局长配备一名副局长、一名总秘书和一名会计。局长的任命由指令规定"。
条二
经济部长应遵照本指令执行。
