总理
按照第47-SL号命令，关于组建总司令部，
应越南国家军队总司令的请求，
现发布如下命令：
条一款
任命下列人员为“政治委员”：
阮仲平 区一政治委员
- 黎显枚 区二政治委员
- 梁光和 区三政治委员
- 谭文光 区四政治委员
- 阮正 区五政治委员
- 阮世贤
即宋豪 区十政治委员
- 朵德坚 区十二政治委员
条二款
国防部部长兼任越南国家军队总司令，按照命令执行。
