越南民主共和国政府主席
根据1946年7月9日第118号指令设立了一种特别担保，针对运输行业；
根据1946年10月15日第200号指令修改了1946年7月9日第118号指令；
鉴于财政部长和交通部部长的提议，
经政府委员会决定，并经国会常设委员会同意；
现发布如下指令：
条一
今废除1946年10月15日第200号指令修改的1946年7月9日第118号指令中的第二条。
条二
自本指令签署之日起，所有河流上的船只必须缴纳由1946年7月9日第118号指令设立的特别担保。
条三
财政部长和交通部部长应依照本指令执行。
