越南民主共和国主席
按照1946年5月3日第57号命令组织各部；
按照1946年5月22日和1947年3月9日第35号命令组织国防部；
按照1947年5月1日第47号命令组织总指挥部；
根据国防部长兼越南国家军队和民军总司令的提议，并经内务部部长同意；
现发布命令如下：
条一： 吕班先生，中央华侨事务总局局长，现兼任国防部政治部副主任。
条二： 国防部长兼越南国家军队和民军总司令应执行本命令。
