关于废除交通运输部二零零二年四月十二日发布的第1068/2002/QĐ-BGTVT号决定“关于公路桥梁工程设计中若干内容的暂行规定”
交通运输部部长
根据政府二零零三年四月四日颁发的第34/2003/NĐ-CP号法令《关于交通运输部职能、任务、权限和组织结构的规定》；
考虑科技司司长的意见，
决定如下：
条1。 废除交通运输部部长二零零二年四月十二日发布的第1068/2002/QĐ-BGTVT号决定“关于公路桥梁工程设计中若干内容的暂行规定”。
条2。 本决定自签署之日起生效。
条3。 部长办公室主任、越南公路局局长、道路建设与质量管理总局局长、计划投资司司长、科技司司长及各有关单位负责人负责执行本决定。
