越南民主共和国临时政府主席
根据1945年12月31日第78号命令设立“建设规划研究委员会”；
经政府委员会协商同意；
现发布命令如下：
第一条： 现指定下列人员加入根据上述1945年12月31日第78号命令设立的“建设规划研究委员会”：

党文香

农宣义
