越南民主共和国主席
根据1946年5月3日第57号命令关于组建各部；
根据1946年5月22日第34号命令和1947年3月9日第35号命令关于组建国防部；
根据1947年5月1日第47号命令关于组建总指挥部；
鉴于国防部长兼国家军队和越南民军总司令的提议；
现发布如下命令：
条一： 任命原国防部办公厅主任兼总指挥部办公厅主任黎重义先生为国防部情报局副总局长，负责国家军队和越南民军事务；
条二： 国防部长兼国家军队和越南民军总司令应遵照本命令执行。
