卫生部部长令第4380号 2003年8月18日关于发布医疗器械行业标准的决定
卫生部部长
根据2003年5月15日国务院令第49号《卫生部职能配置、内设机构和人员编制规定》；
根据2000年1月4日发布的《产品质量法》；
经各司长提议，科技教育司、医疗器械与设施管理司，
现决定如下：
条1。本决定附带发布8项医疗器械行业标准（详见附件）。
条2。本决定自公布之日起十五日后生效。
条3。卫生部办公厅主任、科技教育司长、医疗器械与设施管理司长、医疗器械与设施研究院院长及有关单位负责人负责执行本决定。
