决定

制定关于部级科研课题和试验性生产项目管理的规定

交通运输部部长

根据2000年6月9日颁布的《科学技术法》；
根据2002年10月17日国务院令第81号《关于实施〈科学技术法〉若干问题的实施细则》；
根据2003年4月4日国务院令第34号《交通运输部职能配置、内设机构和人员编制规定》；
科技司司长的建议，

现决定：

条1. 本决定附带制定关于部级科研课题和试验性生产项目管理的规定。

条2. 本决定自公布之日起十五日后生效。

条3. 部办公厅主任、部监察长、科技司司长、财务司司长以及部属各单位和有关组织、个人负责执行本决定。/。
