越南民主共和国

根据越南民主共和国宪法第八十一条；

根据一九六一年一月二十三日关于各级人民代表大会选举的条例第三十二条和第三十四条；

依照政府委员会的提议，

决定：

各级州、乡和镇在泰-苗自治区举行的第二届人民代表大会选举，将于一九六一年十月统一进行。
