国主席
越南民主共和国
根据第33-SL和第71-SL指令，日期为1946年3月22日，规定组织和纪律陆军；
鉴于国防部长兼国家军队和越南民军总司令的提议；
经政府委员会决议。
现发布如下命令：
条一
任命下列人员为主力师指挥部成员：
王胜任为主力师师长兼政治委员。
黎永国为副政治委员。
高文明为主力师副师长。
条二
国防部长兼国家军队和越南民军总司令应依照本指令执行。
