制定“内河管理与维护专用设备经济和技术标准”

根据2004年6月15日内河交通法；
根据2008年4月22日第51/2008/NĐ-CP号政府法令，关于交通运输部职能、任务和组织结构的规定；
交通运输部部长规定如下：
条1。 随本通知发布“内河管理与维护专用设备经济和技术标准”。
条2。
1. 本通知自签发之日起四十五日后生效。
2. 在执行过程中，如遇问题应及时向交通运输部报告以便审查和调整以确保符合规定。
3. 部办公厅主任、部监察局局长、各司司长、越南内河管理局局长以及有关机关、组织和个人负责人负责实施本通知。
