越南民主共和国主席
根据现行关于总生产税的规定；
认为当前形势下征收总生产税不合适；
依据财政部部长的建议；
经政府委员会决议，并经国会常设委员会同意后发布本指令：
现发布如下命令：

废除总生产税。

财政部部长应依照本指令执行。
