根据一九五〇年一月二十日第7-SL号命令组织各部办公室及直属机关；
根据一九五一年十二月二十五日第72-SL号命令设立运输局；
交通部部长的建议，经政府委员会批准；
政府委员会决议；
现发布命令如下：
