越南民主共和国政府主席

第74号 一九四七年七月十八日

根据一号法令（第13-SL号，一九四七年二月三日），二十九B号法令（第29B/SL号，一九四七年三月十六日）和五十三号法令（第53-SL号，一九四七年六月一日）规定外贸专营政策及组织外贸总局；

根据经济部长的建议；

经政府委员会和国会常设委员会协商一致，

发布指令：

条一

委任屈维进先生为外贸总局局长。

条二

由经济部部长执行本指令。
