勒令
第9号 1946年1月18日
越南民主共和国临时政府主席
内务部长提议；
参照1933年2月21日关于在印度支那组织协会的勒令；
参照原北圻统监1946年10月15日决议，允许“保护妇女和儿童”（Ligue pour la protection de la Femme et de l—Enfant annamites）协会成立；
参照该“保护妇女和儿童”协会的章程，
认定该协会已不再活动；
经政府委员会讨论后；
颁布勒令如下：
第一条： 由原北圻统监于1940年10月15日决议成立的“保护妇女和儿童”（Ligue pour la protection de la Femme et de l—enfant annamites）协会，自本勒令签发之日起解散。
第二条： 该协会的所有财产均被没收并移交给救济部管理。
第三条： 内务部长、财政部长和救济部部长负责执行本勒令。
