指令

关于补充第36号指令（1946年2月25日）关于追诉破坏公产行为的条款

越南民主共和国政务院主席

根据第26号指令（1946年2月25日）关于追诉破坏公产行为的规定，

鉴于内务部长和司法部长的建议，

经政府委员会协商一致，

现发布如下命令：

第一条

今补充第26号指令（1946年2月25日）中的第二条，增加以下条款：

"第二条 …

“凡以任何方式阻碍政府和人民护堤者，将被视为故意破坏堤防而予以处罚。”

第二条

司法部长、内务部长、交通部长及国防部长应依照本指令执行。
