Regarding the issuance of the List of Consumer Goods for the purpose of determining the period for paying import duties

통상부 장관
정부가 2004년 1월 16일 제29/2004/NĐ-CP 호에 의거하여 상공부의 기능, 임무, 권한 및 조직 구성을 규정한 nghị định;
Pursuant to Decree No. 149/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 8, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Export Tax and Import Tax No. 045/2005/QH11 dated June 14, 2005;
결정함에 있어서:
조 1. The List of Consumer Goods for the purpose of determining the period for paying import duties shall be promulgated together with this Decision.
조 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decisions No. 0404/2004/QĐ-BTM dated April 1, 2004 and the Amending and Supplementing Decision No. 1341/2004/QĐ-BTM dated September 21, 2004 of the Ministry of Trade./.
