마약 방지 감시대를 설치하는 것에 관한 사항 관세청 소속 지방, 연합 지방, 도시 해관청에 직속으로

2001년 6월 29일 제10기 29/2001/QH 10 호 관세법; 2005년 6월 14일 제정된 관세법 일부 조항 개정 및 보완 법률;
2000년 12월 9일 제10기 23/2000/QH 10 호 마약 방지법;
정부가 2002년 11월 5일 제정한 86/2002/NĐ-CP 호 부처와 부처에 준하는 기관의 기능, 임무, 권한에 관한 규정;
정부가 2002년 11월 19일 제정한 96/2002/NĐ-CP 호 관세총국의 기능, 임무, 권한에 관한 규정;
총리가 2005년 7월 22일 제정한 187/2005/QĐ-TTg 호 2010년까지의 국경을 통한 마약 검사 전반 계획 승인 결정;
총리가 2006년 2월 17일 제정한 330/QĐ-TTg 호 관세청의 마약 방지 능력 강화 계획 승인 결정;
재무부 장관이 2003년 2월 10일 제정한 15/2003/QĐ-BTC 호 지방, 연합 지방, 도시 관세청의 기능, 임무, 권한 및 조직 구조에 관한 규정;
관세총국장과 인사부 차장의 제안에 따라
결정함에 있어서:
조 1. 하노이, 호치민 시, 다낭, 꽝닌, 디엔비엔푸, 탕hoa, 네트안, 하티엔, 꽝_TRI, 타이닝, 안장, 키앙장 등 지방, 연합 지방, 도시 관세청에 직속으로 마약 방지 감시대를 설치한다.
관세총국장은 마약 방지 감시대의 임무와 권한을 구체적으로 규정한다.
조 2. 마약 방지 감시대는 법령에 따라 임무를 수행하기 위해 별도의 공인 날인을 갖춘다.
조 3. 본 결정은 공보에 게재된 날로부터 15일 후 효력을 발생한다. 관세총국장, 인사부 차장, 재무부 사무총장 및 관련 기관, 단위 및 조직의 책임자들은 본 결정을 집행한다./.
