제 28호 1945년 9월 10일

임시정부 주석 베트남 민주공화국

1945년 9월 10일에 발표된 관세청 및 간접세 조직령에 따라,

재무장관의 요청에 의하여,

지시한다.

제一条: 현재 북부 세정서장을 맡고 있는 Trịnh Văn Bích은 이제 관세청 및 간접세 총감으로 임명된다.

제二条: 이 지시의 집행을 재무장관이 위임한다.
