Issuing "Regulations on the Transport of Passengers, Luggage, and Parcels on National Railways"

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION

Based on the Railway Law dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Transport Department and the Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the "Regulations on the Transport of Passengers, Luggage, and Parcels on National Railways" attached hereto.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette, superseding Decision No. 719/QĐ-VT dated April 25, 1990, issued by the Minister of Transport and Posts on the Rules for the Transport of Passengers, Luggage, and Parcels by Vietnam Railways.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Vietnam Railway Administration, Chairmen of the Board of Directors and General Directors of the Vietnam Railway Corporation, relevant organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
