Article 1. The attached Decision issues the Framework Program for Intermediate Vocational Level, the Framework Program for Higher Vocational College Level.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette; vocational training programs established according to Decision No. 212/2003/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated February 27, 2003 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on issuing the Principles for Building and Implementing Vocational Training Programs currently being applied for long-term vocational students admitted before June 30, 2007 shall be implemented until the end of the course.
Article 3. Heads of Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, leaders of central-level political-social organizations; Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees and Municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government; Directors of Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Heads of the Office of the Ministry, General Directors of the General Department of Vocational Training; Principals of vocational colleges and intermediate vocational schools and heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
