CIRCULAR

Issued 3. Amend Clause 3 Article 2 as follows:economic-technical standards for monitoring

and forecasting water resources

Pursuant to the Law on Water Resources No. 17/2012/QH13, June 21, 2012;

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 102/2008/NĐ-CP, September 15, 2008, on the collection, management, exploitation, and utilization of data on natural resources and the environment;

At the proposal of the Director of the National Water Resources Management Agency, the General Director of the National Center for Water Resources Planning and Investigation, the Heads of the Planning Department and the Legal Affairs Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgates this Circular on Economic-Technical Standards for Monitoring and Forecasting Water Resources.

c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B

Article 1. Attached hereto are the Economic-Technical Standards for Monitoring and Forecasting Water Resources.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 24, 2015

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations are responsible for implementing this Circular.
