CIRCULAR

Issuing implementing the Program for training counseling skills for studying abroad

Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2021/NĐ-CP dated September 25, 2021 of the Government on the regulations for Vietnamese citizens studying, teaching, conducting scientific research, and academic exchange abroad;2021Decision No. 25/2021/NĐ-CP of September 25, 2021, of the Government on Vietnamese citizens going abroad for study, teaching, scientific research, and academic exchange;

At the proposal of the Director of the International Cooperation Department;

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on implementing the Program training counseling skills for studying abroad.

Article 1. This Circular annexes the Program for training counseling skills for studying abroad.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2022.

This Circular replaces Circular No. 23/2013/TT-BGDĐT dated June 28, 2013 of the Minister of Education and Training on organizing training, examination, testing, and issuing certificates for training counseling skills for studying abroad, and Circular No. 29/2013/TT-BGDĐT dated July 25, 2013 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the Program for training counseling skills for studying abroad.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Department of International Cooperation, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, the Principals of institutions training counseling skills for studying abroad, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
