BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 56/2022/ND-CP dated August 24, 2022 of THE GOVERNMENT stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2019/NĐ-CP dated April 10, 2019, of the Government stipulating the assignment of tasks, placing orders, or tendering for the provision of products and services using state budget funds from regular expenditure.
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2018/NĐ-CP dated March 13, 2018, issued by the Government, stipulating the management, use, and operation of infrastructure assets for inland waterway transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Infrastructure Department and the Director of the Vietnam Inland Waterway Administration;
The Minister of Transport hereby issues this Circular. Supplementing certain contents of the Economic and Technical Standards for Management and Maintenance of Inland Waterways issued together with Circular No. 10/2023/TT-BGTVT dated June 22, 2023, of the Minister of Transport.

Supplement Clause 4 following Clause 3 of Item I and supplement Point 2.20 following Point 2.19 of Clause 2, Item II in Section V Chapter I Part I of the Economic and Technical Standards for Management and Maintenance of Inland Waterways as follows:
