CIRCULAR GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DECREE 99/2026/NĐ-CP

Article 1. Scope of Regulation
This Circular guides the implementation of Decree No. 99/2026/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 2026 of the Government on the management and exploitation of electronic legal data.
Article 8. Effective Date
