THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural and Information Affairs at the Grassroots Level.
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying Decision hereby promulgates the Regulation on the organization of contests for propaganda poster creation and the use of propaganda posters for publicity.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural and Information Affairs at the Grassroots Level, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Culture and Information, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
