CIRCULAR
Regulations on Statistical Reporting System for the Natural Resources and Environment Sector 

Pursuant to the Law on Statistics dated June 26, 2003;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 40/2004/NĐ-CP dated February 13, 2004 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Statistics;

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Pursuant to Decision No. 43/2010/QĐ-TTg dated June 2, 2010 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the National Statistical Indicators System;

AT THE SUGGESTION OF the Director of the Planning Department and the Director of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on Statistical Reporting Systems for the Natural Resources and Environment Sector.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the Statistical Reporting Systems for the Natural Resources and Environment Sector:

1. The Basic Statistical Reporting System applicable to units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

2. The Comprehensive Statistical Reporting System applicable to Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment under centrally governed cities and provinces.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 10, 2014.

Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment under centrally governed cities and provinces, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
