Regarding the issuance of the National Statistical Indicators System

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Law on Statistics dated June 26, 2003;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 40/2004/NĐ-CP dated February 13, 2004 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Statistics;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision on principles, criteria, and allocation standards for state budget investment capital development phase 2016-2020.

DECISION:

Article 1. The National Statistical Indicators System is promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. Based on the National Statistical Indicators System issued pursuant to this Decision, the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the President of the Supreme People's Court shall issue the statistical indicators system for their respective ministries, sectors, and fields after obtaining the specialized review opinion of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (General Statistics Office).

Article 3. The Minister of Planning and Investment is responsible for standardizing the concepts, contents, and calculation methods of each indicator in the National Statistical Indicators System and issuing the provincial, district, and commune-level statistical indicators systems to ensure uniform implementation nationwide.

Article 4. Relevant agencies within the scope of their duties shall collect and compile the assigned indicators in the National Statistical Indicators System and provide them to the Ministry of Planning and Investment (General Statistics Office) for consolidation and publication.

Article 5. This Decision takes effect from July 20, 2010. The Decision No. 305/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 24, 2005 of the Government Chairman regarding the issuance of the National Statistical Indicators System is hereby repealed.

Article 6. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Heads of related agencies and organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
