RESOLUTION
Regarding the adjustment of the legislative program for 2007

OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992 as amended and supplemented by Resolution number 51/2001/QH10;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly 2001, amended and supplemented by Law No. 83/2007/QH11, and the Law on the Issuance of Normative Legal Documents 1996, amended and supplemented by Law No. 02/2002/QH11.
After considering Proposal No. 04/UBTVQH12 dated July 30, 2007 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly regarding the adjustment of the Legislative Program for 2007 and the opinions of the National Assembly deputies.
RESOLVES
Article 1.
The Legislative Program for 2007 is adjusted as follows:
1. To supplement the Legislative Program for consideration and adoption at the first session of the XIIth National Assembly the draft Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Prevention and Combating Corruption;
2. To supplement the formal 2007 Program the draft Ordinance amending and supplementing certain articles of the Ordinance on Enforcement of Imprisonment Sentences.
Article 2.
The Standing Committee of the National Assembly is assigned to direct the implementation of the Legislative Program for 2007 which has been adjusted. This Resolution was adopted by the XIIth National Assembly, first session of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on July 31, 2007.
