THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE

Pursuant to the Law on Encouragement and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Encouragement and Reward dated June 14, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Encouragement and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Encouragement and Reward;

Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;

Pursuant to Circular No. 07/2006/TT-BTP dated November 27, 2006 of the Ministry of Justice guiding the work of encouragement and reward in the field of justice;

In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Encouragement and Reward.

DECISION:

Article 1. The Regulation on the Granting of the Commemorative Medal "For the Cause of Justice" is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 102/2005/QĐ-BTP dated March 2, 2005 of the Minister of Justice, which has been amended and supplemented by Decision No. 1282/2005/QĐ-BTP dated June 17, 2005 of the Minister of Justice.

Article 3. Members of the Council for Encouragement and Reward in the field of justice, the Director of the Department of Encouragement and Reward, Heads of units under the Ministry of Justice, Directors of Provincial Departments of Justice, and Chiefs of Civil Enforcement Offices of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
