Based on the Law on Enactment of Legislative Acts dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No.Decision No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Issuance of Legal Normative Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 96/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 16, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;

At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Finance Department;

The Minister of Justice issues this Circular abolishing certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Justicein the field of financial management, assets, investment construction.

Article 1. Abolishing certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Justice

Abolishing certain regulatory legal documents issued by the Minister of Justice in the field of financial management, assets, investment construction as follows:

1. Circular No. 03/2011/TT-BTP dated January 17, 2011 of the Minister of Justice on the delegation of financial management, asset, and basic construction investment for the Enforcement Agency General Department and enforcement agencies;

2. Circular No. 16/2011/TT-BTP dated September 28, 2011 of the Minister of Justice stipulating the delegation and authorization to perform tasks of state asset financial management in administrative agencies and units under the Ministry of Justice.

Article 2. Implementation

1. This Circular shall take effect from August 1, 2019.

2. The Director of the Planning and Finance Department, heads of units under the Ministry of Justice, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
