Issuing "Regulations on the Transport of Goods on National Railways"

MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION
Based on the Railway Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Transport Department and the Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the "Regulations on the Transport of Goods on National Railways".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette, replacing Decision No. 720/QĐ-VT dated April 25, 1990 of the Minister of Transport and Posts regarding the Rules for the Carriage of Goods by Rail in Vietnam.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Directors of Departments, Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration, Chairmen of the Board of Management and General Directors of the Vietnam Railway Corporation, relevant organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
