OF THE MOTIVATION AND REWARD COUNCIL OF THE JUSTICE SECTOR

THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE

WHEREAS, the Law on Motivation and Reward dated November 26, 2003;
WHEREAS, the Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Motivation and Reward;

WHEREAS, the Decree No. 62/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;

WHEREAS, the Decision No. 154/1998/QĐ-TTg dated August 25, 1998 of the Prime Minister amending and supplementing the tasks and members of the Motivation and Reward Councils at all levels;

BASED ON THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MOTIVATION AND REWARD COUNCIL OF THE JUSTICE SECTOR.

DECISION:

Article 1ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION IS THE REGULATION ON THE OPERATION OF THE MOTIVATION AND REWARD COUNCIL OF THE JUSTICE SECTOR.

Article 2THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECREE NO. 501/2003/QĐ-BTP DATED OCTOBER 29, 2003 OF THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE.

Article 3THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE MOTIVATION AND REWARD COUNCIL, THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE JUSTICE DEPARTMENTS, CHIEFS OF CIVIL EXECUTION BUREAUS IN PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND MEMBERS OF THE MOTIVATION AND REWARD COUNCIL OF THE JUSTICE SECTOR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
