CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations
for Immediate-use Ice
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006, and Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to the Food Safety Ordinance dated August 7, 2003, and Decree No. 163/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 7, 2004 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Food Safety Ordinance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
At the proposal of the Director of the Food Safety Administration, the Head of the Science and Training Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department,
REGULATES:
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the following National Technical Regulations attached hereto:
QCVN 10:2011/BYT National Technical Regulation for Immediate-use Ice
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 1, 2011.
Article 3. The Director of the Food Safety Administration, Heads of units under the Ministry of Health, subordinate units of the Ministry of Health; Directors of Provincial Departments of Health and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
