Amending and supplementing Article 6 of Circular No. 12/2010/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 22, 2010 on the model of organization, operation, and criteria for communal cultural-sports centers and Circular No. 06/2011/TT-BVHTTDL dated March 8, 2011 on the model of organization, operation, and criteria for village cultural houses-sports areas
