REPEALING DECISION NO. 93/2006/QĐ-BVHTT OF NOVEMBER 16, 2006 BY THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, INFORMATION AND POINT 1.2/1/VII OF ARTICLE 2 OF CIRCULAR NO. 07/2011/TT-BVHTTDL OF JUNE 7, 2011 ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts No. 17/2008/QH12 dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/NĐ-CP dated July 16, 2013, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism issues this Circular to repeal Decision No. 93/2006/QĐ-BVHTT dated November 16, 2006 issued by the Minister of Culture and Information regarding the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Management Board of the Ethnic Village Cultural and Tourism Site, and Point 1.2/1/VII of Article 2 of Circular No. 07/2011/TT-BVHTTDL dated June 7, 2011 issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism amending, supplementing, replacing or abolishing relevant administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Article 1. Repeal the following legislative regulatory acts in full or in part:
1. Repeal Decision No. 93/2006/QĐ-BVHTT dated November 16, 2006 issued by the Minister of Culture and Information regarding the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Management Board of the Ethnic Village Cultural and Tourism Site.
2. Repeal Point 1.2/1/VII of Article 2 of Circular No. 07/2011/TT-BVHTTDL dated June 7, 2011 issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism amending, supplementing, replacing or abolishing relevant administrative procedures within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Article 2. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from August 6, 2015.
Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation
Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Circular.
