ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC GROUPS CULTURAL AND TOURISM VILLAGE

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

WHEREAS, Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information; - WHEREAS, Decision No. 15/2006/QĐ-TTG dated January 18, 2006 of the Prime Minister stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Management Board of the Vietnamese Ethnic Groups Cultural and Tourism Village;

AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC GROUPS CULTURAL AND TOURISM VILLAGE.

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC GROUPS CULTURAL AND TOURISM VILLAGE.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE - AND SHALL REPLACE Decision No. 82/1999/QĐ-BVHTT dated December 24, 1999 of the Minister of Culture and Information on the Regulations on the Organization and Operations of the Management Board of the Vietnamese Ethnic Groups Cultural and Tourism Village.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ORGANIZATION AND STAFF, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND FINANCE, THE HEAD OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE VIETNAMESE ETHNIC GROUPS CULTURAL AND TOURISM VILLAGE, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
