Circular No. 05/2017/TT-BVHTTDL abolishes certain regulatory legal documents within the purview of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

CIRCULAR

ABOLISHING CERTAIN LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS WITHIN THE AUTHORITY OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

Based on the Law on Legislative Acts of the State number 80/2015/QH13 dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementing measures of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017, of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism issues this Circular to abolish certain legal regulatory documents within the authority of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Article 1. Abolish all legal regulatory documents within the authority of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism

1. Decision No. 1277/1999/QĐ-BVHTT dated July 22, 1999 of the Minister of Culture-Information on organizing the Festival with the theme of malaria prevention and control;

2. Decision No. 65/1999/QĐ-BVHTT dated October 11, 1999 of the Minister of Culture-Information on abolishing the procedures for inspection and issuance of permits for customs clearance of audiovisual products with film labels issued by the Cinema Department;

3. Decision No. 23/2001/QĐ-BVHTT dated May 18, 2001 of the Minister of Culture-Information on promulgating the Dance Teaching Regulations;

4. Decision No. 07/2003/QĐ-BVHTT dated March 13, 2003 of the Minister of Culture-Information on promulgating the Music Teaching Regulations;

5. Decision No. 44/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated June 16, 2008 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on promulgating the Press Spokesperson and Information Provision Regulations of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

6. Circular No. 03/2010/TT-BVHTTDL dated May 27, 2010 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism detailing standards, procedures, formalities, and file requirements for awarding the Ho Chi Minh Prize for Literature and Art;

7. Circular No. 06/2010/TT-BVHTTDL dated July 16, 2010 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism detailing standards, procedures, formalities, and file requirements for awarding the title of People's Artist and Meritorious Artist;

8. Circular No. 17/2012/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 27, 2012 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on exhibitions, contests, festivals, and the use of photographic works;

9. Circular No. 03/2014/TT-BVHTTDL dated May 26, 2014 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on inspecting and handling legal regulatory documents; monitoring legal situations; reviewing and systematizing legal regulatory documents in the fields of culture, family, physical education, sports, and tourism.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2018.

Article 3. Responsibility for Implementation

Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Provincial Departments of Culture and Sports, Provincial Tourism Departments, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
