REGARDING THE AMENDMENT OF CLAUSE 2 OF ARTICLE 3 OF DECISION NO. 30/2021/QD-UBND OF OCTOBER 28, 2021 OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF LANG SON PROVINCE ON THE REGULATION OF FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS OF LANG SON PROVINCE

THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF LANG SON PROVINCE

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Several Provisions of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;

Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2014/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2014 of the Government on the organization of specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government;

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2020/NĐ-CP dated September 14, 2020 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 24/2014/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2014 of the Government on the organization of specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government;

Pursuant to Circular No. 05/2021/TT-BNV dated August 12, 2021 of the Minister of Home Affairs guiding the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Administrative Affairs under provincial People's Committees and the Office of Administrative Affairs under district People's Committees;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Administrative Affairs at Proposal No. 47/TTr-SNV dated February 7, 2023.

DECISION:

Article 1. Amending Clause 2 of Article 3 of Decision No. 30/2021/QD-UBND dated October 28, 2021 of the People's Committee of Lang Son Province on the regulation of functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Administrative Affairs of Lang Son Province, specifically as follows:

"2. The organizational structure of the Department includes:

a) Specialized and professional departments:

- Department of Organization, Staffing, and Administrative Reform;

- Civil Servant and Public Official Department;

- Local Administration Construction and Youth Work Department;

- Department of Motivation, Awards, and Honors;

- Department of Beliefs and Religions;

- Department of Archival Management and Preservation.

b) Inspectorate.

c) Office.

d) Publicly Funded Units Subordinate to the Department: Historical Archive Center.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from March 10, 2023.

Article 3. The Head of the People's Committee Office, the Director of the Department of Administrative Affairs, Heads of Departments, Branches, and Agencies, Chairmen of District and City People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
