DECREE OF THE STATE PRESIDENT

REGARDING THE PROMULGATION OF THE ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 21 OF THE ORDINANCE ON PRIVILEGES FOR REVOLUTIONARY ACTIVISTS, MARTYRS, AND THEIR FAMILIES, WOUNDED VETERANS, DISABLED SOLDIERS, PERSONS ENGAGED IN THE RESISTANCE WAR, AND PERSONS WHO HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE REVOLUTIONARY CAUSE

and the families of martyrs, wounded veterans, disabled veterans, those who participated in the anti-American and anti-French resistance, and those who have contributed to the revolution.
