THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 detailing certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to the dossier of relics and the proposal of the Chairmen of the People's Committees of Ha Tay, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Lam Dong provinces and Hanoi city;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage.
DECIDES:
Article 1. Classify 20 relics as follows:
Ha Tay Province (03)
1. Historical relic: The site commemorating President Ho Chi Minh at Golden Hill (Welcome Tree Hill) - Vat Lai Commune, Ba Vi District, Ha Tay Province.
2. Historical relic: Tomb and Temple of Nguyen Ba Lan - Co Do Commune, Ba Vi District, Ha Tay Province.
3. Architectural and artistic relic: Phu Trach Communal House - Phuong Tu Commune, Ung Hoa District, Ha Tay Province.
4. Architectural and artistic relic: Cam Da Communal House - Cam Thượng Commune, Ba Vi District, Ha Tay Province. Hai Duong Province (05)
5. Historical relic: My Xa Communal House - Ngoc Son Commune, Tu Ky District, Hai Duong Province.
6. Historical and architectural and artistic relic: Thieu My Communal House - Vinh Lap Commune, Thanh Ha District, Hai Duong Province.

20. Architectural and artistic relic: Chau Phong Nghè - Lien Ha Commune, Dong Anh District, Hanoi City.
Article 2. Strictly prohibit all construction and exploitation activities within areas delineated for relic protection. In exceptional cases where land use is required within historical and cultural relics and scenic spots, permission from the Minister of Culture and Information must be obtained.
Article 3. People's Committees at all levels shall implement state management over historical and cultural relics and scenic spots in accordance with the law.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 5. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairmen of the People's Committees, and the Directors of the Departments of Culture and Information of Ha Tay, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Lam Dong provinces and Hanoi city are responsible for implementing this decision.
